Founder, CEO, and Master Tea Blender, Steve Schwartz, began his journey into the world of tea at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. His interest in Eastern medicine led him to uncover a passion for the alchemy of blending herbs and botanicals. After catching the attention of few local chefs including Wolfgang Puck, Steve officially founded the company in 2004. CREATE A PERFECT BREW – For the best flavor out of this calming tea blend, brew one 8 oz cup of tea in water heated to 206 degrees Fahrenheit and steep 1 tablespoon for 5-7 minutes. If you’re looking to make a larger batch, add one more tablespoon of leaves per 8 oz of water. This tea is a great hot or iced sleepytime tea.
