I read about this tea and thought I’d try the hype. I’m REALLY surprised at how much I truly enjoy this tea. I have terrible insomnia and while this ofcourse does not cure it, it absolutely calms my body and mind. I make a cup 30 minutes before bed, let it seep 5-10 minutes and I know I’m entering my relaxation mode. The taste is phenomenal as well. The blueberry, chamomile, lavender is so delicious, a perfect way to end my day. I’m already in my 2nd tin. The pods fit a cup perfectly and the tin keeps the tea aromatic and fresh.
